Q: if I post a design (that fits in the 14" by 16") area, what are the limitations?
A: We print everything using the latest DTG methods. That means that as long as it fits in the measurements and is RBG based, it will print EXACTLY like your mockup. (Sometimes it varies due to computer monitor screens)
Q: Can you do edge printing? Wrap arounds? Or full screen prints?
A: We can't do any of those, but were constantly trying and experiment and should be shortly. If your design does go to the edge we will try as hard as we can to get it there but can't make any guarantees (it may be a few centimeters off)
Q: Are there any color restrictions?
A: No, you are not limited on the amount of colors you can use. LET IT SHINE!
Q: when will you offer other T shirts then white?
A: at the end of August we will be printing on grey burnout shirts

What is Finroo?
- Finroo is the first limited edition clothing company. Our products are truly printed in limited edition quantities where every garment is numbered. The chances of you seeing someone wearing the same design are slim to none.
What does Finroo stand for?
- Finroo stands for “final round”. This is where the best of the best artists compete and where we only show you the cream of the crop.
How does Finroo work?
- The Finroo team goes after the true cream of the crop artists, having them submit their work to our site. The best-ranked products float to the homepage, calculated by their sophisticated ranking.
What are Finroo rankings?
- Each product is ranked by over 5 different rankings. These include data such as votes, items remaining, frequency of purchases and views. The highest ranked products are given the best score and float to the homepage. This means that the cream of the crop will always be on the first few pages so you won’t have to search through hundreds of pages to find something amazing. Not only is it accurate, but it updates every hour!
How do I know my product is a true limited edition product?
- Besides the number remaining counter on the product page, each product is numbered in the inside of the garment before being shipped out.
What are Finroo shirts made out of? I have never heard of organic Bamboo…
- All Finroo shirts are made from HIGH QUALITY bamboo and organic cotton (70% bamboo/30% organic cotton 150g). These shirts are cool in the summer, warm in the winter and environmentally friendly all year round. To put it simply, our products are perfect and like nothing you have ever felt before.
What is this Charity thing I keep seeing??
- That’s right! Not only will you have a limited edition design, but you will be helping make the world a better place. For each product sold we donate a portion of the sale to the charity indicated by the original artists.
What are our size and dimensions of our shirts
- Coming Soon.
- All products are handled with extreme care. You should receive your products within 10-14 days. If you still haven’t received your product or have a question about your order email us at shipping@finroo.com
- If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product please let us know within 2 weeks of receiving your product. All products must be returned in mint, unworn, condition. Shoot us a line at returns@finroo.com
Artists
- For every sale that goes through artists receive a flat commission of $4. This amount will automatically be put into your account immediately after a sale. You can view this in real time on your dashboard (link to dash board). You are able to pull out this money after it has been in your account for 30 days (for our return policy to hold in effect). We can pay artists instantly through PayPal (link) or we can cut you a check (as long as it’s over $100)
How are designs placed on the homepage?
- The best ranked products are placed on the homepage. This is updated every hour!
- The higher the ranking the better the Finroo score, and in effect how close you are posted to the homepage. Each product is ranked by over 5 different rankings. These include data such as votes, items remaining, frequency of purchases, and views. The highest ranked products are given the highest score and float towards the homepage. Not only is it accurate, it updates every hour!
How can I improve my visibility/sales/ranking of my products?
- All products are displayed by ranking. The factors you can control over your ranking are your votes, purchases, and views. The more people you show your product the better your rankings will get. Use the blog this button to post to your blog or the share this button to show your friends!
What type of artwork is accepted?
- Finroo will consider accepting any piece of artwork that is a high quality graphic uploaded in a jpg with 150dpi or better.
What format must artwork be in?
- JPG in 150dpi or better
- Products are denied for a couple of reasons but mostly because of these three reasons:
- They are photographs and not graphic images
- The original image uploaded was not a high quality jpg (we need them to be 150 dpi or better)
- The image did not fit on a 15 x 17 print area
- But don’t worry, if your product is ever denied, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to resubmit!
What charities can I have Finroo donate to?
- We are always looking for new charities to work with. When you upload a product you will see the list of charities we have available for donation. Every time one of your products sells Finroo will donate a portion of the sale to the charity indicated by your choosing. What do I do if I think someone has used my design?
- If for any reason you think someone is using your design please email us at copyright@finroo.com . Please include the URL of the image in question and provide proof that the image was originally yours.
